Hypnosis is a state of mind that is brought about by a certain set of techniques. During hypnotherapy our concentration is enhanced, and this results in an increased response to suggestions.

Psychotherapy can benefit you in many different ways. During a counselling session, the environment should allow you to feel that you can express your feelings and gain a deeper insight into any of the issues you are facing in a safe, non-judgmental and empathetic environment.

All counselling sessions are confidential  so you can talk about things you might not feel comfortable discussing with anyone else, Initial sessions start from £25
